Conceptus.net guarantees that you will be 100% satisfied with the design of your site or we will continue to work on your site until you are satisfied (Without furthers costs, providing that the agreed limits are not exceed - number of pages, graphics and words. If you chose to make some changes to these limits, extra costs will be charged according to our pricing.). This is the reason why we charge by the project during initial development and not the hour (except for periodic site maintenance), you do not pay for any redesigning because of dissatisfaction. We want you to be 100% satisfied so that you will mention us to your associates.

Results Guarantee

Conceptus.net can not guarantee specific results for your site. This depends so much on items outside of our control. Some of the outside factors are:

Your participation
We can guarantee that we will do our part to see to your Internet success. However, only part of a site's traffic comes from online sources (Search Engines). The balance of the traffic comes from offline sources (your newspaper ads, radio and TV commercials).

Search Engines
It is impossible to guarantee all submissions to all Search Engines. We guarantee that we submit your site but can not guarantee its inclusion into the Search Engine.

Confidentiality Guarantee

Conceptus.net guarantees that all documents with client information are shredded before disposal. We are also respectful of the fact that at times we will be dealing with businesses in the same industry, therefore no confidential information will be disclosed or shared without your permission.

Opinion Guarantee

Conceptus.net guarantees that we will always offer you our honest opinions for any idea that you might have. We will make our recommendations to you but the decision is yours. We want your site to be successful, this is good for our business as well as yours, this is why we will tell you if you are planning something that we think might inhibit its performance.

Ownership and Control Guarantee

Conceptus.net owns the rights to all "work in progress". Upon final payment and completion of the project, the client is assigned the rights to the project. Conceptus.net and its subcontractors (if any) retain the right to display graphics and other Web design elements as examples of their work in their respective portfolios.

Estimates

Providing that the actual project submitted to conceptus.net corresponds to the specifications submitted when the costumer asked for an estimate, the final cost of the project will not vary more than 10% from the estimated cost, if the submission occurs within 30 days from the date on the estimate.
